“As you may be aware the PSNI have launched an investigation relating to safeguarding in the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.
“I understand that this development may be of concern, particularly for older members of the community who may have connections with the Church or who may have questions about the implications of the investigation. I’m monitoring the situation closely to understand whether there are any emerging issues affecting older people.
