Who we are
The Commissioner has a team of people who support her in her role by:
- Promoting awareness of older people’s issues.
- Reviewing and advising government on the provision of laws, policies, and practice in relation to older peoples’ services.
- Assisting and advocating for older people directly with public authorities
COPNI is organised into five divisions, headed by experienced staff members.
